General Approach |
The general approach is that the students will fold their piece of paper into four squares. They will draw an extracurricular activity in each box. |
Activity Steps |
Begin by defining what an extracurricular
activity is. Have the students list examples of extracurricular activities.
Talk about how these differ from school activities. Then follow the
steps below.
1. Give each student a plain white piece
of paper.
Follow with a discussion. Allow the children
to show their pictures and explain them to the class.

Time Required |
This activity will take about an hour. The first discussion will take about 10 minutes. The activity and the coloring will take about 30 minutes. Allowing the children to show and discuss their pictures will take about 20 minutes. |
