General Approach |
The general approach is that children willbe introduced to the concept of different careers in the community. They will access a web site with several activities under people and placesthat positively reinforce correct identification of jobs and places inthe community where different jobs are performed. Class discussionwill follow to reinforce main ideas presented in the lesson. |

This activity may require 5 - 7 minutes forconcept introduction, 15 minutes to complete the job site on the computer,and 10 minutes for class discussion that follows. |
