Parents Helpline
The
Parents Association provides a Parent Helpline to assist you with any
questions or issues you may have. The helpline number is (865)
974-4546, and it is staffed Monday through Friday between 8:00
AM and 5:00 PM Eastern time. The Parents Helpline is equipped with voice
mail so that if the line is busy or we are out of the office, you may
leave a message for a return call. We understand how important it is to
keep parents and guardians informed. If you have any questions or just
need to be put in contact with the right department, we are here for you.
