What is your most memorable UT experience so far?

  • I have spent less than a year here at UT and already I’ve had so many memorable experiences. I would say the most memorable thing would be 75 students, staff, and graduate students huddled around the Torchbearer holding candles while being formally introduced into the Student Orientation and Leadership Development Office Team for 2009.

What is your favorite place on campus?

  • My favorite place on campus is definitely the University Center. It has everything you could need and is a great place to take a break between classes. The best thing about it, though, is how many of your friends you run into and how many people you see when you go there.

What surprised you most about coming to college?

  • What surprised me most about coming to college was how many friends I made and how quickly I felt at home. There are so many people to meet here and making new friends has helped me figure out a lot about myself. It’s surprising to see how many different types of people there are and how many people are just like you. It’s without a doubt one of the best things about college.
