What is your most memorable UT experience so far?

  • The entire first week at UT was really great. Just being in a wonderful, new setting and getting to meet so many new people everyday was great. I would definitely encourage all incoming freshmen to go to all the Welcome Week activities.

What is your favorite extracurricular experience?

  • Freshman Council, which is a part of the Student Government Association (SGA), has been without a doubt the best experience so far. I have met so many cool people and it was such a good learning experience.

What surprised you most about coming to college?

  • The amount school work is done outside of class surprised me the most. You only spend a couple hours in class everyday, unlike high school where you were in class for eight hours straight. Most of the actual work will be done on your own time.
