Michele Stauffer, Director

Michele joined the office as Director in January 2008. Prior to arriving at UT, she worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Santa Fe Community College (in Florida), and Longwood University. Her professional work experience has been in orientation and new student programs, parent programs, residential life, admissions, and academic advising. She looks forward to working with new students and welcoming them to the UT family.

Michele completed her B.A. in English and her M.Ed. in Student Personnel in Higher Education at the University of Florida. Although she is a native Floridian, she prefers the mountains and weather in Tennessee!
