Reservations Request

Please fill out the form below to REQUEST a room reservation. You will be contacted in five to seven business days by the the Black Cultural Center Reservations Office to complete your reservation. Your reservation is not complete until you receive confirmation from the reservationist that your event was successfully scheduled. New reservations for the following academic year will typically be processed after June 1 (please submit after that time).

Certain events and all fund-raising activities may require the completion of a Solicitation Form, which must be approved by the Office of the Dean of Students at least seven (7) days in advance of the event. The requestor will be notified through e-mail if a Solicitation Form is required. Failure to submit a solicitation form, if required, will cancel your reservation.

By submitting this request for reservation you agree to the following:

  • Changes must be submitted at least two business days before the reservation date.
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least two business days before the reservation date. Failure to notify the Reservationist of a cancellation in advance may result in $20.00 per room service charge or temporary loss of reservation privileges.
  • Charges may be associated with the use of an area in the Black Cultural Center. These charges may include room rental, extended hours, custodial, staff, police, telephone, etc. The Black Cultural Center will make a reasonable effort to notify the requestor of charges for services requested.
  • I agree to pay any and all fees or damages that may occur in relation to this reservation request.
  • I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the reservation policies stipulated above.
