Tanisha, a native of Clinton, SC, comes to us from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC where she has served as the Director of Multicultural Affairs and the Multicultural Center for the last five years.
Ms. Jenkins received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC and a Master's degree in Counselor Education with a concentration in Higher Education Administration from Clemson University in Clemson, SC.
Her passion for helping students succeed stems from her very first job as an Enrichment Specialist/Mentor Program Coordinator with the Upward Bound Program at Greenville Technical College in Greenville, SC.
In her spare time, Tanisha enjoys relaxing with her family and friends, traveling and SHOPPING!!! Tanisha lives by the motto: Service is the rent we pay to be living. It is the very purpose of life and not something you do in your spare time. – Marian Wright Edelman
