Dawn Norwood, Graduate Assistant

Dawn Norwood is currently working as the Graduate Assistant for the Black Cultural Programming Committee (BCPC) in the Office of Minority Student Affairs. She is also a Ph.D. student in Sport Sociology. Dawn received her Master of Science degree in Sport Administration from Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois but has since traveled to and lived in several states including Florida, Virginia and Georgia.
After graduation, Dawn plans to have a career as an Athletics Director for Academics at a major university. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching TV, and, of course, playing and watching sports!
