Submission Guidelines: Nexus 2018

Deadline: January 5th, 2018

For individual proposals, please send a 250-word description of the presentation that clearly illustrates the content, purpose, and include a brief biography of no more than 150 words.

For group proposals, please send a 300-word rationale for the panel and ~150-word descriptions of the individual contributions/presentations contained within the group session. Be sure to clearly note the intended format: traditional panel or *roundtable.

*In addition to traditional panels, this year we will have roundtables on the conference theme that investigate issues of research, accessibility, and pedagogy. You are welcome to submit a roundtable presentation proposal, which considers any of the above themes.

You may submit both an abstract for a traditional paper and a roundtable proposal.

Registration Fees:

$20 per graduate student/ $10 for UT students

$30 per instructor/ independent scholar

$50 per panel/roundtable (no more than 4 scholars per panel, 5 per roundtable)/$35 for UT students
