Mike O'Neil

[my adorable self]

Mike, shown here with a former piece of campus art or a former UT administrator or something, is once again a consultant with Customer Technology Support at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. For a while he was a statistical analyst with the Tennessee Deptartment of Education but he's back.

This page started out years ago as a repository for netstuff, with the idea that this would be much more convenient than having individual bookmark/hotlist files on many, many various mainframe accounts and microcomputers. In reality I rarely ever use it so it gets checked and updated very infrequently. For example, I recently got e-mail from a person in Mexico who had spent a year at UT. He told me the lunch map brought back fond memories of 'the Strip'. I didn't have the heart to tell him how many of those places on the map had gone belly up since the last time I reworked it. Such is life. Maybe now that I can eat lunch on the strip again I'll do a better job.
