Design and optimization of qPCR array targeting nitrogen cycling genes, analyzing the metagenome of a dichloromethane enrichment culture, indentifying fungal and bacterial interactions in nitrogen cycling pathways.

Research Interests

Microbial physiology and biogeochemical cycling. In addition, I am interested in computational methods for understanding microbial roles in biogeochemical processes.
