NEWS FROM THE LRC

Goals: PowerPoint is a high-powered software tool used for presenting
information in a dynamic slide show format. Text, charts, graphs, sound
effects and video are just some of the elements PowerPoint can
incorporate into your presentations with ease. Whether it's a classroom
lesson, a conference paper or a semester project - PowerPoint shows
you how to make a powerful impression on your audience. You'll learn
the basics on using PowerPoint's toolbars, laying out your information,
saving, moving your information to the place you'll be presenting it -
and much more. Registration is required as space is limited. Please
register by emailing dcanfie1@utk.edu, dialing 974-6494 or visiting the
Language Resource Center.

videos are viewed on the site. So, what does this mean for modern
foreign languages and literatures faculty? What might it offer
classrooms? Come find out what is available and how easy it is to share
what you find directly in Blackboard.
