GOOD NEWS!
- Luis Cano (Spanish) and Greg Kaplan (Spanish)
will speak at the Meet the Writer Event: Hispanic Book Day, 6 p.m., October 9, at the Barnes & Noble on Kingston
Pike. Kaplan will talk about his new book, "El culto a San Millán en Valderredible (Cantabria): Las iglesias
rupestres y la formación del Camino de Santiago." Cano will discuss his book, "Intermitente Recurrencia. La
ciencia ficctión y el canon." They will be introduced by Ana Luisa Salinas, Margarita Yong, and Michael Handelsman,
all members of the Spanish program.
