To map out the current situation of L2 instructional technology use and services at the University of Tennessee, the Language Resource Center invites _all_ MFLL faculty, lecturers, GTA and staff to complete the survey found here.
By taking time to complete this survey, you will help the Language Resource better support your efforts to integrate technology in your courses. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your responses are voluntary and strictly confidential. No individual responses will be reported. If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please contact Doug Canfield in the Language Resource Center (974-6494, dcanfie1@utk.edu).
As part of its mission of faculty development, the Language Resource Center provides workshops to MFLL faculty, staff and instructors to support the creation of technology-enhanced instruction materials for use in UT-Knoxville timetable courses. Registration is required and space is limited so please register promptly. While we will alert you of upcoming events via this MFLL E-Newsletter, a complete schedule and other useful resources will be made at the LRC Faculty Development Center Blackboard site, of which all MFLL instructors are already members.
(Here are the workshops taking place in the next two weeks)

interests in using Audacity in instruction in an effort to explore deployment strategies.

These programs are to generate a series of policy recommendations that will coincide with Ecuador's presidential election, which will take place October 15, 2006. His presentation is scheduled for September 15 in Cuenca, Ecuador, and the Regional Director of the Central Bank's Cultural Division expects some 300 people to be in attendance; many of these people will be reps from NGOs, government agencies, political action groups, educational institutions, and the Arts.
