Dr. Koch to deliver an invited lecture at the Sorbonne (Université de Paris IV) on June 18, 2008.
Erec R. Koch, Professor of French and Head of MFLL, will deliver at lecture titled “Contagious Passions, from Descartes to Malebranche,” at the Sorbonne (Université de Paris IV) on June 18, 2008. Professor Koch was invited to deliver this lecture by a research group of French academics who are currently working on ‘public emotions’ in seventeenth-century France.
