Registration and Fee Payment Information
A conference registration form must me received for each participant and the form can be faxed, mailed or submitted online. To receive the General Registration rate of $250.00, the registration form must be received on or before June 6, 2008. "After the June 6th Early Registration Deadline, the $300.00 late/on site fee will apply.

Cancellation Deadline/Refunds
A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for refund requests received after June 6, 2008. Absolutely no refunds will be awarded beyond June 13, 2008.
