Online Conference-Block Hotel Reservations
- The "Conference Reservation Code" is "RMC". Please use this code when making reservations.
- Conference Rate = $85.00 + tax (single or double) until June
6, 2008! Reservations received after June 6th will be based on a "space
available" basis, and the rate may vary. The rate for a "KING ROOM UPGRADE " is $95.00 + tax, and is based on availability. The applicable tax rate is 17.25%.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card, or advance deposit of
first nights room rate + tax.
Hotel Parking
Self-parking is available for hotel guests at a rate of
$10.00 per day. "Valet" parking is available at a rate of $14.00 per day.
If you are traveling to the SAEOPP / McNair Conference via TOUR BUS,
please contact Lynne Riggs (Sales Coordinator) "NOW" at

lriggs@knoxvillehilton.com, to arrange for Bus parking. The rate per Tour Bus per day is
$50.00. Tour bus parking arrangements MUST be made 30 days in advance!.

Group rates for limousine service are $22.00 "round
trip" and $15.00 "one way", per person. You must
make a reservation in advance for COH limousine service. When making reservations,
please specify the name of your program, institution, the number in your party,
and that you are a SAEOPP/UTK McNair Scholars Conference participant.
You are encouraged to make your limousine reservation within 30 days of your
arrival date.
