Research Interests:
I am broadly interested in the role that global change and species interactions play in structuring communities. My current research uses a temperature manipulation to explore the combined effects of increasing temperature and herbivory on Quercus alba seedling survival. Within the same temperature manipulation, I am investigating the effect of temperature on secondary colonist communities within leaf ties on Q. alba seedlings. My past research explored pollen limitation and self-compatibility in three pine savanna herb species.
