Episode Summary :

Part 1

"The Coptic Eye. The sacred mystical symbol of the ancient Egyptians. But the great Pharaohs for whom it was so important are all gone... with one regrettable exception."

The evil villain The Pharaoh, in his hideout, longs for the Coptic Eye for with its power, he could rule the world; however, it is located deep within King Tut's Pyramid and even worse it is over 6000 miles away in Egypt. The Pharaoh's cohort in crime, the Queen of Villainy Cleopatra, tells the Pharaoh to cheer up because the Eye is closer than he thinks. But what does she mean by that?

"Meanwhile just outside the city, Lori and Judy are conducting a most unusual interview for Newsmakers Magazine at... King Tut's Pyramid."

Yes, a wealthy businessman has spent billions of dollars to bring King Tut's pyramid stone-by-stone across the ocean to town. However, because of a curse, the pyramid might have to close because tourists have stopped coming to visit the pyramid. During the interview, Lori's Electracomp signals that Frank needs for the duo to return to Electrabase and they cut the interview short. As they leave, however, we see the Pharaoh and Cleopatra spying in the bushes.

At Electrabase, Frank informs our heroines that Crimescope has determined that the Pharaoh is back in the area. He also tells them that he has developed a new attachment for their Electracomps... the latest in night tracking, Frank calls it Electra-Vision. The attachment produces a blinding light that turns night into day.

Back at the Pharaoh's hideout, the villains figure since our heroines will be on to them, they must devise a plan to get ride of them... Cleopatra has a plan. She contacts Electra Woman and Dyna Girl at through Crimescope at Electrabase, tells the heroines that she is turning good and warns the pair that the Pharaoh is after something in King Tut's pyramid. Though Frank thinks that it might be a trap, Electra Woman says that it is a place to start and they head off to the pyramid.

Electra Woman and Dyna Girl arrive outside the pyramid (which does not look like a fake set at all). Using Sensor Scan, the pair see the footprints left by Pharaoh and Cleopatra, they enter the structure as the villains are using a map to locate the position of the Coptic Eye... or are they? As soon as the heroines catch up to the villains, Electra Woman and Dyna Girl are led a dead end. A door seals behind them and the roof (a huge stone slab) starts descending on them with the intent to crush them. The heroines use their Electra-Beams to hold off the rock, however, they do not have enough power.

"As the stone slab moves closer and closer, there appears to be little hope for Electra Woman and Dyna Girl"

Slowly as the roof descends, at the last second, Frank figures out a way to divert all of Crimescope's power to the Electracomps, giving the girls enough power to return to rock to it's original position and reset the trap and open the door. While all this is going on, Pharaoh and Cleopatra find the chamber that contains the Coptic Eye. After deciphering some hieroglyphics, the Pharaoh finds the secret hiding place of the Coptic Eye itself.

At that moment, Electra Woman and Dyna Girl catch up with the villains, though surprised to see that the heroines escaped from the previous trap, he vows not to make the same mistake again. He gives Cleopatra a cue and she runs off with Dyna Girl giving chase leaving Electra Woman alone with the Pharaoh. Before he can move, Electra Woman uses the Electra-Beam to hold the Pharaoh. Out of curiosity, she asks the Pharaoh what he and Cleopatra were looking for. The Pharaoh shows Electra Woman the Coptic Eye and slowly hypnotizes the unsuspecting heroine under his control. The Pharaoh demands to be released from the Electra-Beam, and despite warnings from Frank, the helpless heroine falls completely under his power and releases him.

Dyna Girl returns with Cleopatra unaware of her comrade's condition. Before she can figure anything out, the Pharaoh orders Electra Woman to use her force shield on Dyna Girl. Frank does the only thing he can do and turns off Electra Woman's power, freeing Dyna Girl. However, the Pharaoh had planned on this and uses his mummifying spray on Dyna Girl completely immobilizing her and to be fair he does the same on the hypnotized Electra Woman. Cleopatra leaves a basket full of deadly asps to deal with the heroine and the two villains depart to use the hypnotic Coptic Eye to take over the word.

"How will the mummified Electra Woman and Dyna Girl ever see their way out of this mess?"

Part 2

At Crimescope, Frank works feverishly to figure out a way to free the mummified heroine by analyzing the molecluar structure of the spray. He discovers that a high-pitched frequency will shatter the spray. He transmits the sound over the Electra-Comps and waits. Meanwhile, as Pharaoh and Cleopatra leave main chamber, Pharaoh does not wish to take any chances and activates a time located outside the chamber which will release an 18-ton stone in front of the door and seal the chamber forever.

Back inside the chamber the sound frees the heroines from the spray; however Electra Woman is still entranced by the Coptic Eye and the asps are still around them. Dyna Girl shakes Electra Woman out of the eye's control and the pair use their Electra-Comps to Electra-Degravitate away from the asps.

The villains get completely lost inside the pyramid in their effort to leave. Thinking that they are on their way out, they mistakenly return to the main chamber and are confronted by the freed heroines. The heroines use the Electra-Beams to capture the villains. As the Pharaoh tries to warn the girls about the timer and stone, the time runs out and the slab falls into the place sealing all four people inside the airtight chamber, cutting off the heroine's link to Crimescope, leaving them all in descending darkness with deadly asps slithering around.

While Pharaoh and Cleopatra look for an exit, the heroines collect all the asps and put them back in the basket. Realizing the heroines are the only means to find a way to escape, the villains return to the chamber. Electra Woman remembers that past Pharaohs expected to return and rule again, thus there would have to be a way for him to leave the chamber. The Pharaoh deciphers some more hieroglyphics and figures out that a lever located near the top of the chamber would open a door and light coming in would activate a secret door.

The heroines open the door and allow for contact with Crimescope, but the shaft of light is missing the trigger. Electra Woman decides to use the Electra-Vision to flood the chamber with light and activate the trigger on her own. Both girls stand back to back and use the Electra-Vison and the secret door opens freeing all from the tomb.

Wishing to express his gratitude, the Pharaoh offers to shake Electra Woman's hand. But instead, the villain places both heroines under a hypnotic spell making both believe they are in the middle of a huge earthquake that is destroying the pyramid. Frank tries to convince the pair there is no earthquake, and must guide the duo out of the pyramid remotely.

Back at his hideout, the Pharaoh plots out his strategy to take over the world using the Coptic Eye. However, Electra Woman and Dyna Girl show up and before the Pharaoh can use the Coptic Eye one last time, the heroines use their Electra-Vision to deflect the Coptic Eye's power back on the Pharaoh, hypnotizing him.

DynaGirl's Thoughts:

This show did the impossible..it made me actually like Cleopatra.. thats no easy task really but it did. I gave her a little more depth and actually showed what a henchman thinks like in these matters. We also got to see a mesmirized EW try to take on her side kick.. all this and a vault deathtrap with Asps.. whats not to love. Alas this was the last of our shows. So its usually one I dread seeing (I run the show alot on campus at the union) so its suually one I conclude the night with. Its a good show all around with Cleo especially shinning.. but in a way one I can miss as its the equivelent of the "fat lady singing."
