Retrieving data to JMP

1. Click on the file you want. This will bring up the entire data set within the browser.

2. Save the text file using the Save command under the File menu. Save it in a convenient place (like the Desktop).

3. Close the browser window, and open JMP.

4. Within JMP, under the File menu, click on the options to import a text file, as seen below:

5. Within the Import Text File window, choose the text file that you saved previously. Then choose the following options at the bottom of the screen: Labels, Tab, and <CR>, so that it is configured like the following:

6. Click on the Open button, and the file will appear in JMP.
