Select Control Charts from the Graph menu:
Assign the variables as follows to get the two-sigma limits control chart on Figure 3-7 of Page 79 and on the top of Figure 3-8 of Page 81:
To get 3-sigma limits charts change the number 2 to 3 next to K Sigma:
