Likelihood Ratio Confidence Interval for b10: Weibull Case

We illustrate how to use JMP with the revolutions-to-failure data of Lieblein and Zelen found in

"Statistical investigation of the fatigue life of deep grove ball bearings. "Lieblein, K. and Zelen, M. (1956) J. Res. Nt. bur. Stand., 57, 273-361.
