When Should One Bother?

Consider creating a course homepage if:

• There is a need to advertise the course
• The class is large
• Working students have to miss occasional classes
• There is a need to distribute data
• One wants to keep handouts current and available

Or if you are doing distance teaching

• Outside the scope of this talk and my experience
