JMP Tutorial:
Relations in Categorical Data
We will work on the data of Table 2.10 and Example 2.21. (Page 147)
Download and open the following JMP file:

Notice that the variable "Marital Status"
and "Job Grade" are categorical.|
(You can see this from the red N
symbol next to the columns names.)
Go to the Analyze menu and select Fit Y by X:

Fill the resulting dialog box as follows:

Click OK. Scroll to the following output:

Notice that the numbers in each cell are the Count, Total Percentage, Column Percentage, and Row Percentage.
