National Coming Out Day

National Coming Out Day is held each year to encourage openness and provide support for the LGBTQ community. Lambda is observing this event on October 9, 2007 on the Pedestrian Walkway from 10-3.

World AIDS Day

Lambda will be observing World AIDS Day on November 30th due to class schedules, but please join us for this important event.

Congresswoman Sabrina Sojourner

Congresswoman Sabrina Sojourner is the first open lesbian to be elected to the United States Congress. Lambda will be hosting an event on February 26, 2008 where Congresswoman Sojourner will speak on a variety of topics. This is a huge event for Lambda and should create interest campus-wide.

Rockin' Women's Music Festival

This was one of Lambda's larger events last year and requires a tremendous amount of planning. Projected date is in April, but we need all the help we can get to get this off the ground.
