If you are planning on going to the cabin in Gatlinburg (Nov. 16-18), you should turn in your nonrefundable fee of $45 as soon as possible. Rooms are filling fast! Also, please sign up to bring food for our Thanksgiving dinner we will be having on that Sat. evening.Homecoming
We have come up with a float design for the Homecoming festivities and will be submitting it tomorrow (Oct. 16).Political Policy

The Fairbanks will be hosting Reel Knox, a series of short films to bring attention to rising issues in the GLBT community. The series will begin Oct. 19 at 6:30 pm and continue on the 20th at 7 pm, and Sunday at 3 pm.Haunted Corn Maze in Greenback
After the next lambda meeting, this coming Monday, we will be going to the Haunted Corn Maze in Greenback. The cost is $10 per person. Please speak to Social Coordinator James Scott for further details.Sarbina Sojourner

The Bake Sale for the Women's Music Festival will be held next Wednesday, Oct. 24. We will be on the pedestrian walkway and will table from approx. 8 am-4 pm. Please sign up to bring something to prepare for the sale on Tues. night, as we will be baking at Amy's apt.World AIDS Day
We will be speaking with the Carousel to see about having an event to help raise money for World AIDS Day. If you have other suggestions or would like to help out in any way, the next meeting will be held this coming monday in the UC Lobby in front of the Computer Store, at 5:30 pm.Next Meeting
