A little about Kelly Hunt

Kelly Hunt is a senior studying journalism at The University of Tennessee. She plans to graduate this spring and move on to complete her master's degree. Kelly, originally from Ohio, came to Tennessee with her boyfriend Matt, a Pittman Center native, after spending 4 years in the Army as a photojournalist.

She began her career in communication as a photojournalist for the Fort Hood Sentinel in Fort Hood, Texas. After completing a tour in Afghanistan writing for The Freedom Watch, she returned to the Fort Hood Sentinel as the military editor. Now all Kelly needs is a degree to land that perfect job as a copy editor! Good times.
