Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., was founded in 1920 with the assistance of Phi Beta Sigma, as the sister organization of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. No other fraternity and sorority is constitutionally bound as Sigma and Zeta. We both enjoy and foster a mutually supportive relationship.

Kappa Chi holds dear to its heart the sisters of the Pi Epsilon Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. at The University of Tennessee.
