Membership
The Kappa Chi Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. was chartered in in the spring of 1979 on the campus of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Since then, it has produced a legacy of over 200 exceptional men dedicated to upholding the Fraternity’s principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service. The chapter continues to live by the motto: “The Ball is Rolling.”

Some of the programs that Phi Beta Sigma provides for the UT community include Financial Fitness 101, the Annual African American Image Awards, Miss Phi Beta Sigma Scholarship Pageant, and the Annual Sigma Ball.
