You must complete the laboratary assignment. If you fail in the laboratory, you will fail the course.

Attendance:  Lectures and labs are obligatory !
Homework: Assigned and graded through the web: at UTK Online (Blackboard)
Homework is assigned on every Tueseday at noon and due next Tuesday at 11:00 am.
Tests: Three in-class tests, closed book, no class notes, ONE page of hand-written formulas will be allowed. No make-up tests will be given. If you miss a test for a legitimate reason, that you have informed the Instructor about before the test, your score will be adjusted at the end of the semester according to your overall performance in the class. 
Final: Thursday, April 30 (10:15 am -12:15 pm) in class, closed book, no class notes (on Chapters  29-30)
ONE
page of hand-written formulas written by student will be allowed (no copies, or printed pages).
Grade: 20 % lab (you must pass it to pass the course)
20 % home-work
10 % in class quizzes
50% three tests + final  (5% + 15% + 15% + 15%)
Letter grades: <50%=F;
50%=D-; 60%=D; 64%=D+; 67%=C-; 70%=C;
                    
74%=C+; 77%=B-; 80%=B; 84%=B+; 87%=A-; 90%=A
