| Attendance: | Obligatory for labs, recitations, and lectures |
| Homework: | Assigned but not collected or graded: You are responsible for all the HW problems assigned, which you must have ready for recitation in a special HW notebook (signed with your name). Some problems will be worked out at the recitations. You will need to demonstrate your HW notebook to your TA and convince him that all due HW is done. Without the corresponding part of HW assignment done you will be reported by TA as "not ready for the test in class" and will fail the test. A list of all assigned problems is available here. |
| Tests: | Thursday, February 5; Thursday, March 4; Tuesday April 6; in class, closed book and no notes allowed; bring a non-programmable calculator. No make-up tests will be given. If you miss a test for a legitimate reason that you have discussed with the Instructor before the test, your score will be adjusted at the end of the semester depending on your overall performance in the class. There will be no make-up tests. |
| Final: | Thursday, May 6 (8:00 am -10:10 am), comprehensive, in class, closed book and no notes allowed; bring a non-programmable calculator. |
