Math, Physics, and Engineering Applets - A good collection of applets (web programs) that simulate a variety of physics situations. There are some excellent programs that show off electric and magnetic fields.

My Physics Lab - Another collection of interactive physics simulations, more focuses on physics I concepts but still a blast. There is also a good article there that explains how the programs work.

Real-Time Relativity - A Windows program that simulates an environment that you travel through at relativistic speeds.
