We are always looking for motivated undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in many aspects of ecology that may (but are not limited to) include community ecology, plant-herbivore interactions, microbial ecology, ecosystem ecology, plant-soil feedbacks, invasive species and community and ecosystem genetics.  Undergraduates help with many aspects of current projects and are encouraged to develop independent projects of their own (many of which have been turned into publishable products in the past).  Graduate students are expected to develop question relating to their own interests that includes both observational and experimental field components.  We expect everyone in the lab to have fun, work hard, learn something new every day and wear glasses if they need them!
