The day was capped by a reception and dinner hosted by Commissioner Dan Wheeler and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture at Ellington Center in Nashville. Also present were Assistant Commissioner Joe Gaines, as well as representatives of the Partnership for Peace (Tennessee National Guard). The evening was filled with toasts and fond memories of the Tennessean's visits to Bulgaria. |
