We return to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park for an early morning visit to view wildlife and to see the "quiet side of the Smokies," in the gateway community of Townsend. The group was accompanied by Mr. Herb Handly (far left, standing), a community leader in Townsend involved in the joint NPS/community effort known as Experience your Smoky Mountains. |
