| Since 1993, the University of Tennessee Institute of
Agriculture (UTIA) has maintained a warm and productive relationship with
Kasetsart University in Thailand. The UT College of Human Ecology
joined the linkage with the UTIA in 2000. This spring,
we were honored to have 12 students and 4 faculty members from KU visiting
Tennessee for the period of April 20 through May 19. In June, 11 of our students and
4 faculty members traveled to Thailand for a month of agricultural, natural resource
management and human ecology-related activities.
