International House Room Reservations
Room Reservation Form
Please review the International House Room Reservations PDF prior to submitting a request for space in the International House. Remember that requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Please allow at least 4 working days for a response. The I-House may be reserved Monday -Thursday from 8:30am-8:30pm AND on Fridays from 8:30am-4:30pm. Use of the facility outside of these hours requires an After Hours Fee of $25/hour.

Room Selection and Set-Up
International House Great Room
The International House Great Room can hold up to 180 people (lecture style). It can also be divided into 3 smaller rooms each holding about 50 people (lecture style). Other configurations are available as listed below. Please select only one configuration. You will have the opportunity to type any comments that will assist us in setting up the room to your specifications.
Lecture/Panel Style (up to 180)
Discussion Style (tables in a square or rectangle, up to 40 people)
Banquet Style (8-person square tables up to 80 people)
Workshop Style (2-person tables up to 60 people)

Which room(s) that you would like to reserve? You may select more than one option. If you reserve the kitchen, you need to complete a kitchen agreement form. If you need to use the room(s) outside of normal business hours, you need to complete an After Hours Form and pay the fee prior to use of the space.

Terms for Kitchen Use: I agree to: 1) Replace any items that may be burnt/broken or otherwise not reusable. 2) NOT dump food in the sink or drain. 3) Thoroughly clean the kitchen after use including utensils, sinks, stoves, and any other areas used and complete this prior to your groups event "end time" as noted on your reservation. (additional charges may be incurred if this is not followed) 5) NOT enter the pantry unless accompanied by I-House staff members. 6) Leave dirty towels/aprons in basket. 7) Wash and dry all dishes used. 8) Not store items in the kitchen after the event UNLESS given permission by I-House staff members. If you agree to all of these policies, please type your name in the blank below. This will serve as your signature.
