Fleurette Sambira

Fleurette is from Burundi. She has been in the US for about 6 years now. She is working as a graduate assistant at the International House. She received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology here at UT. She is currently pursuing her MPH(Master of Public Health) with a concentration in Community Health Education. She wants to work with under-represented population in developing countries by improving their health status.

She enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and meeting people from different backgrounds. She encourages new students to ask questions and to take part in different activities that are happening on campus: that's a good way to make friends and network.
