An advanced graduate study (Ph.D.) can be achieved in the field of Evaluation and Assessment, for persons desiring to specialize in this field. The Ph.D. program and the Institute for Assessment and Evaluation are located in the College of Education, Health, & Human Sciences located on the University of Tennessee's Knoxville campus. The Evaluation and Assessment Ph.D. speclization program is part of the department of Educational Psychology and Counseling (Ed Psych).

This Ph.D. program will engage you through an interdisciplinary study with faculty across the College and University as well as having an opportunity to work with practitioners in the field. Practical experience for this program is provided through the Institute for Assessment and Evaluation involving field-based projects and internships.
