IAE offers evaluation and assessment services and training to P-12 school systems, higher education institutions, state agencies, and other public and private agencies needing assistance in maintaining and developing premier educational opportutities for the communities they serve.
Assessment
Assessment services offered by IAE are:
- Research and design of accountability and reporting instruments
- Design of instrument development (surveys, interview protocols, etc.)
- Quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Data interpretation and reporting
- Integration of planning and assessment processes
- Design and implementation of personnel evaluation systems
Evaluation
Evaluation services offered by IAE are:
- Evaluation of educational programs, processes, and organizations
- Evaluation and redesign of higher education institutional effectiveness and strategic planning systems promoting effectiveness, accountability and accreditation
- Design, implementation, and enhancement of personnel evaluation systems
- Evaluation assistance including data interpretation
Technical Assistance (Assessment and Evaluation)
IAE offers technical assessment and evaluation services and training which include:
- Technical assessment and evaluation assistance and training including research designs, instrument development (surveys, interview protocols, etc.) quantitative and qualitative data collection, data interpretation and reporting and use of results.
- Applied research for specialized assessment needs
Professional Development
To help organizations in pursuing excellence, IAE offers the following training opportunities:
- Training in design and implementation of personnel evaluation systems
- Training in professional development in a variety of formats to include workshops, seminars, and self-instructional modules for teachers, higher education faculty, and assessment and evaluation staff and administrators
- Training for organizational and programmatic needs assessments
Test Development
IAE also offers training for test development and comprehension for curricula development.
