Golf
- The number one thing that I enjoy most (besides
nuclear engineering) is golf. Many of "Murphy's Laws"
apply to the game of golf. If the water is on your left, your
ball will go there no matter what. If you are having a good
day and you only need to par the last hole to have your best
score ever, you will shoot the worst you have ever done on
that hole that day. The harder you try the worse you will
do. Gee, what a challenge! Anyhow, I do love the game and
will go out anytime I get the chance:

Gardening
- When I have a day
off, I love to work in my garden growing vegetables
and herbs and trying my hand at landscaping:

Cooking - Cooking is one
of my favorite leisure time activities. It's fun because I
can put
in whatever ingredients I want and cook it the way I want,
when I want. Cooking is a genuine opportunity to be creative
and bring pleasure, hopefully, to my family and friends:

Basketball
- I play for and coach a faculty/staff
basketball team each winter. I also enjoy watching basketball
on TV, particularly the NBA. Check out these sites:

Fishing -
If I'm not involved with one of the above, then I'm fishing.
I have a small boat that is ideal for trout fishing. On one
fishing trip using my boat, I motored about 30 minutes downstream
to an ideal fishing spot. I had purchased live bait for catching
crappie. I reached for my fishing rod only to discover that
it wasn't in the boat. It wasn't even in my car. I had left
it at home! However, the fish really do not care whether or
not I bring my fishing equipment because I seldom catch a
fish:

Occasionally,
I enjoy just being a couch potato watching documentaries and
sports on TV.
