2000 comments: This increase from 22% to 23% comes from a decline of 30 individuals in the overall population, and an increase of 5 members overall.

1999 comments: This decline from 27% to 22% is influenced of course strongly by the increase in the population, however there is also a decline in the membership as well.

1998 comments: It shows the membership as a percent of the population, declining slightly in 1998 from 27.97% to 27.46%. Membership declined, but at a slower rate than the decline in the overall population of 5%.
