2000 comments: Because this is a miscellaneous category, we can hope that this downward trend for 1999 and 2000 reflects better coding in the Directory itself. We can note a 50% membership increase, however, from eight to twelve.

1998 comments: "Other" personnel include doctoral students and a variety of individuals for whom no other ranking or designation was given.

This chart shows a decline in membership between 1997 and 1998 from 77 members to 37, or 52%.

It is difficult to determine whether these figures are the result of actual changes, differences in reporting patterns and practices amongst schools, or difficulties in record keeping.
