Welcome to GSOPS

Mission Statement

     The Graduate Student Organization: Political Science seeks to increase the exposure of our members to the world of political science. This includes hosting symposia, serving as a connection to professional organizations, and increasing the intra-departmental connections. The symposia allow our students to gain insight and practice in presenting original research before their peers. The intra-departmental connections serve as a basis of life-long networking. Finally, GSOPS seeks to increase the exposure of our members to the professional world and aid in the acquisition of employment, both long-term and short-term.
