LTRS Letterhead
Yes, we have our very own official letterhead that you are to use for all official correspondence through this laboratory.
Travel Request/Authorization Form
Be sure to fill out this form at least three weeks prior to leaving for a field trip or conference. This form is also used to obtain a travel advance for graduate students.
Travel Expense Report
Pam will fill out this form but you can see what information you will need to turn in for you to obtain a reimbursement for your travel.
UT Budget Template
Provided by the Treasurer's Office, this Excel file should be filled in and turned in with all proposals submitted through Geography. Differnet years will get their own worksheets.
UT Proposal Routing Sheet
This is the infamous "yellow sheet" which must be filled out and turned in to Pam in the Main Office so that the proposal can be routed through the university for the proper signatures.
Independent Study Form
Use this form when you have arranged with your advisor to take an independent study course, such as Directed Readings or Directed Research. This form can also be used by undergraduate geography majors to sign up for Geography 490, 491, 493, and 494.
Master's Program of Study
This is the form that all first-semester master's students must complete with the aid of their advisor. It provides a tentative schedule of courses to be taken over the next two years in the program.
Doctoral Program of Study
This is the form that all first-semester doctoral students must complete with the aid of their advisor and turn in by the early November deadline. It provides a tentative schedule of courses to be taken over the next three to four years.
