| Education.--Graber received the B.A. degree in 1964 from the University of Kentucky; and the Ph.D. in Philosophy from The University of Michigan in 1972. more |
| Research & Publications.--Graber is author, co-author, or co-editor of 6 books, more than 50 articles, and 5 multi-media programs, dealing with a variety of topics in ethical theory, religious ethics, medical ethics, and professional ethics. more |
| Fellowships & Awards.--At UT, Graber was awarded a Chancellor's Citation for Extraordinary Service to the University (1979), the Lindsay Young Professorship (1980-1981), and a Chancellor's Citation for Extraordinary Community Service (1990). At UT Medical Center at Knoxville, Graber was presented (a) The London Award in 1988 as "a teacher who shares a dedication to excellence" and (b) a Special Award from the Department of Medicine in 1994. more |
