Groups should be dropped off at designated drop-off points 15 minutes prior to their first session. A campus map with drop-off and pick-up points and bus parking areas highlighted will be mailed to participants. A guide assigned to each group will meet the group on arrival and accompany the group throughout their visit.

Since activities at the McClung Museum will run in the afternoon only from 1:00 pm-3:20 pm, groups participating in these activities should arrange to end their day at the Museum.

UT Parking Services has designated an area for buses to park, and will not permit buses to park elsewhere on campus. Parking for other vehicles (personal vehicles, min-vans) will be available at the Parking Garage at the University Center. All parking areas will be highlighted on the campus map that will be mailed to participants.
