MY NOTES:

-It is very interesting to see how KOOK was very late adding new (and removing old) songs
for this particular survey week.  By the time this survey data was submitted to Billboard
Magazine (for the HOT 100 chart week ending April 25, 1964), many of these songs
had already been removed from the national chart.   For example, NAVY BLUE and
SEE THE FUNNY LITTLE CLOWN are #1 and #2, respectively on this KOOK survey.
Both songs had already dropped from the HOT 100 national chart in late March.
Nationally, #1 is CAN'T BUY YOU LOVE, which is only at #17 at KOOK and TWIST
AND SHOUT (both done by the Beatles) is #2 on the national chart.  TWIST is not
even listed as a top 40 selling single in Billings this week.  Hmmmm...

-At #7, the correct song title is WHO DO YOU LOVE by the Sapphires.

-It appears like DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET by the Beatles is peaking
at position #35 at KOOK.  Eventually, it does go up to #1 at KOOK in May 1964.
