MY NOTES:

Unfortunately, the LW column on the survey I have is unreadable for most songs
ranked between 26-40.  And I do not have the survey dated May 22, 1964 to fill in
these missing chart positions.

I'm not positive, but I believe The Simon Sisters at #34 is actually Carly Simon
and her older sister.  I seem to recall reading that Carly Simon (and sister) released
their first pop record in spring 1964.
